Campus Walk is literally just blocks from both Tulane University and Loyola University, making it the ideal location for students. Vehicles (or even bikes for that matter!) are not needed to enjoy living at Campus walk. The community is walking distance to the best of Uptown’s entertainment, restaurants, shops, and bars on Maple and Freret Streets. Residents also have the luxury of walking a couple blocks to the famous St. Charles Avenue streetcar line for a ride downtown or throughout New Orleans.
Yes, safety is our absolute top priority at Campus Walk. We have security cameras in place that monitor the property 24 hours per day, every day. In addition, we also have gates with coded access systems so only residents can enter the property.
ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT up to a $50 utility cap. This includes: high-speed internet, Entergy, and water/sewer. If residents go over $50 per month for utilities, we will send the overage amount to be included in the next rent payment due. For instance, if your total utility bill for the month was $60, you would owe an additional $10 along with your rent payment. On average, current residents’ utility bills have rangedbetween $40-$45/ per month. Utility bills will vary depending on the individual’s usage.

Unlike the dorms, we do not require residents to vacate their apartments during any school breaks.
Yes, there is a $300 premium/ per month for residents who choose to occupy an apartment with another person. This is a great option for residents who are trying to save money and also affords both residents the opportunity to sign separate lease agreements. Therefore, if a roommate is delinquent or cancels their lease contract, you are not affected.
